This User Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and INLINKS.IN. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING AND/OR USING THIS INLINKS.IN SITE ("SITE"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use this Site. Prohibited Uses

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless INLINKS.IN, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, penalties, settlements, judgments, fees (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (i) any Submissions that you may submit, post or transmit to the Site (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trade secrets or other rights of others); (ii) your use of the Site or the goods or services sold or purchased by you through use of the Site; (iii) your violation of the terms of this Agreement; and (iv) any violation or failure by you to comply with all laws and regulations in connection with the sale or purchase of any goods or services offered for sale through the Site.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and INLINKS.IN with respect to your access to and/or use of this Site.
